I love your job ad. Not that I am applying, but it is refreshing to see that you cut out all the crap. Looks open minded and well versed if you ask me. I submitted my resume and the response I got from HR when they spoke to the DBA was I didn't have enough "years" of experience, even though I had everything they were asking for. They wanted someone with many years and I had several years. I told her thanks and decided I probably did not want to work there anyway if they were looking at my resume and assuming if I could do the job or not. I should have asked if I can determine years from hours worked. If so, total_hours_worked / 2080 = years, then I would have about 10 years experience : )...
